To start your project, we’ll send you a welcome pack explaining the process and for us to then have a phone call conversation.

GETTING TO KNOW YOU.
Questionnaire - We will send you a questionnaire for you to tell us which questions are most relevant to your life, these are designed to jog your memory and provide a structure for your interviews.
three.
ORGANISE TO MEET.
Interviews - We will organise to meet on a date and location to suit you for an In-depth interview session with your videographer to form the backbone of your story.
four.
BRINGING YOUR STORY TO LIFE.
We CREATE YOUR VIDEO - As your story emerges from your interview session, your videographer will begin working on the story of your life.
five.
PICTURES.
Pictures - While your Videographer is working on the final product, you can upload photos via our platform.
six.
DELIVERY OF YOUR STORY.
Delivery! - Once we’ve got all the last details right, our designers will lay out your story in digital format, in the perfect way for you to give to your family.

I am not sure if my story is suited for a video - how do I know?
Your story is more important than you may realise and is certainly suited for a video story to cherish forever. Contact us and we can discuss how best to begin the process with your story!

How much does it cost?
We have devised 3 packages to suit multiple price points starting at just £3,495 inc. VAT. Please visit our pricing page to view our packages.

How long is the turnaround for a video to be completed?
We aim to finish all projects within 8-12 weeks from the date of filming to allow us to perfectly capture the essence of your story.

I am nervous in front of the camera, how will you support with this?
We understand this may be the first time in front of a camera for many, therefore putting you at ease is our top priority. You will have the chance to speak to your videographer beforehand so you can get to know each other and know who will be visiting on the day. You can also stop to think as many times as you like throughout the filming process and re-take any parts you may stumble on.

How do I access the completed video?
You will have your very own private StoryOak webpage which is password protected and can be shared with friends and family. Upon request, hard copies are also included free of charge in some packages.
