StoryOak owns the rights to your video, upon request we can transfer ownership over to you.

Yes, of course!

Yes! We can provide a StoryOak welcome gift package as a surprise to them.

Initial interactions and preparation can be done via email or over the phone. Once we have completed the filming we will send emails to update you on the progress of your video.

You will have your very own private StoryOak webpage which is password protected and can be shared with friends and family. Upon request, hard copies are also included free of charge in some packages.

Which package you select will influence how long the final videos are, how many people can feature in your interview, how many shoot locations we can travel to, along with so much more. Please see our pricing page for a full package breakdown.

If you must miss your scheduled interview because of a personal or medical emergency, please notify us as soon as possible. Missing a scheduled interview without notice will incur an additional cost.

Your filming and interview will be conducted by a professional videographer who you will have spoken to beforehand to ensure you feel comfortable.

We have a specially devised questionnaire to help with preparation. We will also have a prep call beforehand to run through what will be covered so we can ensure we don’t miss anything on the day.

We understand this may be the first time in front of a camera for many, therefore putting you at ease is our top priority. You will have the chance to speak to your videographer beforehand so you can get to know each other and know who will be visiting on the day. You can also stop to think as many times as you like throughout the filming process and re-take any parts you may stumble on.

Of course! If you decide you want to include more family members or film in new locations you can certainly upgrade your package.

Definitely! Everybody has a unique story so we will have prep calls to run through what will be covered whilst we get to know you. We also have a questionnaire to help uncover near-forgotten memories.

We aim to finish all projects within 8-12 weeks from the date of filming to allow us to perfectly capture the essence of your story.
